Booking: full payment no later than 30 days before departure. Credit-card cancellation/refund due to personal reasons deducts 4% processing fee. Cancellation: 30+ days before departure 50% refund; 14+ days 30% refund; within 13 days no refund. Itinerary may change due to traffic/weather/unforeseen circumstances.
